Terms & Conditions
Postpaid
1. For postpaid customers, the final amount due will be based on the actual check-in and check-out time. Payment must be settled upon check-out. Accepted modes of payment are Cash, GCash, Maya, and UnionBank online transfer.
2. The minimum stay is 1 hour. If the actual stay exceeds the selected rate plan by more than 15 minutes, the next higher rate plan will automatically apply.
3. Once a customer checks out, re-entry will require a new rate plan selection.
4. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance, in which case a fee may apply.
Prepaid
1. Prepaid customers must settle the chosen rate in full upon check-in. Accepted modes of payment are Cash, GCash, Maya, and UnionBank online transfer. All payments made are non-refundable, even in cases of early check-out.
2. Each visit is valid for the entire day, from opening to closing, with one-time check-in and check-out only.
3. Plans with 7 or more visits are shareable with up to 5 people, including the plan owner, during the same visit.
