Mind Zone is a coworking and study haven designed to give students and professionals a place to focus, stay productive, and feel comfortable—without breaking the bank.
With a café-like ambiance built for studying, Mind Zone combines the cozy vibes of your favorite coffee shop with the practical features you actually need, like unlimited brewed coffee and iced tea to keep you fueled, fast, unlimited Wi-Fi, free use of study essentials.
Mind Zone is made especially for students—with rates that are student-friendly, spaces that support your grind, and a community that grows with you.
Our History
On November 8, 2019, in the bustling University belt, brimming with dreams and aspirations, Mind Zone (España) opened its doors. Started by six ambitious siblings from Tacloban City who journeyed to Metro Manila for college, they created a space that would empower others to realize their dreams.
Driven by their collective experience of hard work and determination leading to academic and professional success, Mind Zone has become a place where students find a supportive environment to study, work, and grow. A haven where dedication and perseverance are celebrated.
Our Branches
Mind Zone España
Opened on November 8, 2019, this is the pioneering branch located in the vibrant University Belt along España Blvd in Manila. Even through the challenges of the 2020 COVID‑19 pandemic, Mind Zone España remained resilient—continuing to serve students with a secure and focused study environment when it was needed most.
Mind Zone Recto
Launched on February 26, 2023, Mind Zone Recto is the second branch crafted to meet the growing needs of students studying around Recto Avenue. Situated at the heart of a major academic area, the space was built specifically to accommodate the high demand from Mind Zoners in the Recto corridor seeking a dedicated and inspiring place to study.
Mind Zone Tacloban
Our third branch, opened on October 27, 2023, brings the Mind Zone experience home to Eastern Visayas. Founded by the owners for their hometown, Mind Zone Tacloban addresses the limited availability of accessible study hubs and coworking spaces in Tacloban—offering local students a premium, community-minded environment close to home.

Community Impact
“Chair Me Up” Program
An initiative in collaboration with Young Focus, 10% of the revenue from a designated study table and chair at Mind Zone España and Recto is donated to Young Focus.
From Mind Zoners, With Love
On February 7, 2025, Mind Zone Tacloban had the joy of sharing gifts and smiles with the young learners of FundLife through our gift giving initiative called "From Mind Zoners, With Love."
Career Development Program Start-Up 2024
Last August 21, 2024, Mind Zone had the honor of joining the Career Development Program Start-Up 2024 Week 2 at Better World Smokey Mountain, Tondo, Manila. Together with Young Focus, we delivered vital skills training for soon-to-be professionals eager to shape their futures.

On November 19, 2024, Mind Zone CEO Mr. Drix Ortega sat down with DJ Manuel Francisco on Radyo Pilipinas 3's TRIP-TRIP LANG segment for a meaningful conversation about Mind Zone’s journey.
Education is at the heart of Mind Zone's mission, and we proudly support Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education. This goal aligns with our efforts to provide essential educational support and resources to students. Some ways Mind Zone contributes to SDG 4 include (i) providing access to quality study spaces, (ii) organizing workshops and seminars on essential skills like critical thinking, problem solving, and digital literacy, and (iii) partnering with a non-profit organization to fund a student’s tuition fees. Through our services and programs, we strive to create a positive and lasting impact on the academic and personal development of students.
